DIY Rose Bath Salts
This easy recipe is the perfect antidote to a stressful day – the salts help balance your PH levels and draw out toxins. Epsom salts are a great source of magnesium – of which many people are deficient – this mineral reduces inflammation, supports healthy circulation and even aids peaceful sleep. Rose is a natural mood booster and adds a hint of luxury. Enjoy!
– 2 cups of Epsom Salts
– 1/2 cup of baking powder
– 20 drops of rose or lavender essential oil (or essential oil of your choice)
– 1/4 cup dried Rose petals
-1/4 cup dried Lavender (optional) -1/4 c pink Himalayan salt (optional)
METHOD: Simply stir ingredients together and add the essential oil(s). Then just pour into a mason jar and voila –instant zen! Use 1/2 cup in your bath for a relaxing soak.
