Weekend Brunch at Bin 14

bin14wBrunch.

The perfect meal if you have it at Hoboken’s Bin 14 on Washington and 14th.

Bring the whole family (kids under 8 eat for free between 9am –11am!) and experience the relaxed feel of a neighbourhood café combined with the upmarket savvie of a Manhattan wine bar. Brunch is served from 9am — 3pm, Saturdays and Sundays.

Décor is authentic and contemporary, huge old slates on the back walls and recycled floorboards used for the tables bring an honesty not often found when remodeling century old buildings. bin14w3

Jennifer says, “Anthony’s food is too die for anytime of the day but those who love Brunch favorites are in for a treat”. Dine al fresco or indoors.

Bin 14 is becoming famous for its ‘All You Can Eat Steamed Mussels and Fries’ on Tuesday nights. Mac and Jennifer are regular’s, both love this seafood delicacy cooked either diablo, with cream and pernod or sweet tomato. Jennifer’s fav, “the cream and pernod sauce is so divine I have to drink it like soup” (and she does!!)

Jen’s new summer drink is the Saint Germain Cocktail from the new Cocktail Menu, made with white wine, Saint Germain and club soda splashed over rocks.…. totally refreshing with the delectable floral notes of the elderflower liqueur. This is definitely a girls best friend this summer!bin14w1

If you haven’t tried the taleggio and truffle pizza you are missing out and the truffle, parmesan fries are impossible to resist. Anthony Pino’s menu of small plates is the best this side of the Hudson. Showcasing fresh seasonal ingredients, Pino creates delicious twists on traditional and contemporary recipes, his sommelier will help partner your choices with eclectic and affordable wines making Bin 14 a fun place for a drink and nibbles or a fabulous dinner.
