Stephanie purchased a session for her fiancé as a gift and decided to split their engagement photos between the studio and Pier A in Hoboken.

We wish them every happiness as they begin this great adventure together!

In the month leading up to the shoot, we met with Devin and discussed when he would propose and what our code word would be so that he knew I was ready when he was. I knew that he wanted to propose during the latter half of the shoot and we were all set for an incredible engagement session.

We took some great shots of the couple around the park and then they ran home for an outfit change which also gave Devin a chance to grab the ring. When Morgan came came out of the house without Devin I was wondering what was taking him so long… I later found out that when he hid the ring in the inside pocket of his blazer it fell into the lining of his jacket and he couldn’t get it out! Panicked, he took a pair of scissors and cut the ring out of the jacket!

As you can see, that was the only curve ball in this proposal photo shoot. Devin proposed and Morgan said “Yes”!

We wish this couple all the happiness in the word as they begin a new chapter in their lives.
